Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Champagne is one of the flagship champagnes by Bollinger. In the making of this cuvée, reserve wines, which make up 10% oft he cuvée, are stored in magnum bottles in the cellar of the house – this is a great rarity. Bollinger Special Cuvée is made of 25% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier.

Smooth character due to the fermentation of part of the wines

The smooth character of the Champagne comes from the fermentation of a part of the wines. Like other Cuvées from the house, the Special Cuvée Brut comes wonderfully full-bodied and complex, yet wonderfully fine. In the nose, the cuvée evokes the thought of sun-drenched sweet apricots, smells of nuts, honey, apple and grapefruit. On the palate it seduces with a depth that is rarely reached.
