Champagne Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve is a fine rosé made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Of the wines used, 20% are Réserve wines, which means that on average they have been aged in barrels for 10 years, including 3 years in yeast.

In the nose the rosé smells of raspberry, plum and a hint of spices. On the palate the champagne presents an extreme elegance and finest perlage. In the finish Champagne Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve is unobtrusive and pleasant. The fine acidity underlines the refined character of the champagne.
Background
The manufacturer Charles Heidsieck himself recommends to enjoy the fine sparkling drop as an extravagant aperitif at a drinking temperature of 8-10°C. Dishes such as poultry dishes or goat cheese, served with this Rosé, are also perfectly rounded off.
Champagne Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve has received several awards for his outstanding quality, including first place at the International Wine Challenge and gold at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine Wold Championship in 2015.
