The year 2009 marks the end of a sunny and weather-related decade. Thanks to the excellent climatic conditions, it was possible to discover new limits to the degree of ripeness of the grapes. Taste

Guave and green grapefruit zest unfold in the nose and are combined by stone fruit aromas such as white peaches and nectarines. Notes of woody vanilla and slightly toasted brioche round off the bouquet.

On the palate the grapes convince with impressive maturity, fruitiness and depth. In the finish, different flavours – salty, silky, bitter and iodine-rich – come together in a long finish.
