Despite a harsh winter and a lot of hail in spring, the second half of the year was blessed with all the more sunshine. Perfect for grapes to ripen. This is how Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 became a ripe and harmonious champagne. It consists of 51% Pinot Noir grapes and 49% Chardonnay. In the glass, it presents its strong golden yellow colour. On the palate, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 reveals a wonderful sweetness of ripe fruit, elderberry and mango. Added to this are the delicate notes of vanilla, roses and the typical toasty aroma that mature champagnes bring with them. True champagne fans should not miss the new Vintage from 2012.
