An ultra-premium rum which has been aged for an amazing 18 years, the Centenario 18 from Flor de Caña is a favourite among rum enthusiasts. With a deep amber colour and a rich, full body, this aged rum is bursting with complex flavours and has a smooth, lingering finish. On the palate there are notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts, with a layer of spice flavours and a lingering hint of charred oak and vanilla. The Centenario is drier than other rums of this style, making it a particularly good sipping rum.

Flor de Caña are known as one of the top rum brands in the world, having grown to become hugely popular from their home distillery in Nicaragua. The distillery has been run by the Pellas family for five generations, and they distil using traditional methods which have barely changed in hundreds of years.

The Centenario 18 has been lauded by critics, winning a double gold medal at the 2015 International Rum Conference in Madrid, Spain, as well as winning multiple medals medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competitions over the years. This is a real treat for an rum fan.
