Hardy Cognac – a first class product from the Grande and Petit Champagne
Hardy Cognac VSOP is a “Fine Champagne”, made from distillates of Grande and Petit Champagne. Balanced and harmonious, it impresses connoisseurs all over the world. It tastes intensely of fresh pears, warming spices and has rare nuances of walnut wood.
History
In 1863 the aesthete and importer Anthony Hardy moved from London to Cognac. There he was able to control his cognac supply and maintain important relationships more sustainably. He defied wars, revolutions and other adversities, so that his great-grandson Jaques A. Hardy could take the reins from 1945. Revived with a fresh wind, the “outstanding quality” (The Wine Spectator 1992) still exists today. You can look forward to a fabulous cognac, which was also rated first-class by the Beverage Tasting Institute and received a “Best Buy Recommendation” from the Wine Enthusiast.
Taste
The years of barrel ripening stand out already when pouring. Gold-coloured and fragrant, the VSOP exudes aromas of vanilla, caramel and oak wood. On the palate, full-bodied and fruity nuances unfold with a fine texture. This impression lingers until the soft finish – a wonderful experience.
Perfect Serve
Enjoy this special cognac pure, on the rocks or with soda or tonic water. Whether you prefer to enjoy it on a relaxed evening, with friends or with a refined meal, we leave of course to you. We wish you much pleasure with this noble product.
