Elegance, personality and delicacy – Moët & Chandon
With the 2009 Vintage, the cellar master created his very own style. Elegance, personality and delicacy have been preserved as typical elements of the vintage cuvées, but this vintage seems a little milder. Brilliant and platinum yellow inspires this champagne with lively foam and the usual fine perlage.
Multi-layered and dry – an extraordinary experience
Gradually, the complex and dry bouquet reveals nuances of spring and summer. Tenderly roasted almonds and hazelnuts attract attention first. Fruity and tangy notes of grapefruit and tangerine meet sweet nuances of rhubarb and mint before tropical notes of stone fruit such as peach and mango mate on the palate with jasmine and hawthorn. An extraordinary experience!
This Vintage 2009 is made up of 50% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier. Enjoy in at a drinking temperature of 6-9°C.
