Ice Impérial: an innovative blend from the former Moët & Chandon cellar master

Behind the innovative cuvée is the former cellar master Benoît Gouez. He created a real novelty, because with Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial a champagne was born which is the world’s first to be enjoyed over ice. The Demi-Sec should be enjoyed over ice with a big garnish of the following ingredients – just pick your favourite: strawberries, raspberries, cardamom seeds, thinly sliced ginger slices, cucumber slices, mint leaves, zest of white grapefruit or lime. Enjoy and be creative.
