Where oaky flavours mingle with sweet notes of vanilla: Our/Berlin infused with Our/Oak

Our/Oak Vodka is part of the infusion kit line by the Berlin based brand Our/Berlin. Barkeeper often do their own infusions in order to create new drinks and of course new flavours. Our/Berlin now takes this tradition and puts it into their new infusion kit series. Following the tea infusion kits, Our/Citrus, Our/Juniper and Our/Oak are three infusion kits you can create your own spirits with.

Our/Oak as an infusion gives Our/Berlin Vodka a wonderfully intense aroma with notes of smoky oak and hearty vanilla. This character is created by roasted oak chips, vanilla from Madagascar and saffron. The final infusion presents a wonderful amber colour. Here is how you make your own Our/Oak Infusion:

• 1. Open the Our/Oak infusion package and fill the content into the filter.
• 2. Place the filter in the bottle so that all the ingredients in the tea filter are covered in vodka. Put the lid back on the bottle to prevent the filter from slipping down.
• 3. Leave the filter in there for 8 to 15 hours depending on how intense you want the aroma to be.
• 4. Peel of the sticker and put it on the bottle so you know what gem of infusion is hiding in the bottle.
• 5. Take the filter out when the infusion is ready and enjoy your first oak infused vodka!

Thanks to the wonderful packaging, this infusion kit makes for a pretty present. Besides a tea filter and a package of Our/Oak Infusion oak bark ingredient mix (3g), the set also includes a bottle of Our/Berlin Vodka (0.375L 37.5% Vol.).
