Cuvée Sublime

Piper-Heidsieck Sublime is a Demi Sec, so it has a high dosage, which emphasizes a lovely harmony and freshness. 50%-55% Pinot Noir, 30%-35% Meunier and 15%-20% Chardonnay meet a dosage of 35g per litre. You can expect a balanced champagne, which manages to combine lightness and freshness.

Taste

On opening, notes of vanilla, rum, tropical fruit and roasted pineapple unfold. Cooked fruits, oranges and caramelized pears can be tasted on the palate.
