Ruinart: Quality from France
Ruinart, founded in 1729, is the oldest champagne house in the world and can already boast 300 years of experience. Over generations, the creations of the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart have been further developed. The noble sparkling wines were shaped by the Chardonnay, which comes from the Côtes des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
To this day, French champagne matures in its exclusive bottle in the limestone tunnels, which the company acquired as early as 1769.
Optics
The colour of this noble champagne is almost coral red; a delicate pink with a hint of orange. The foam is lively and rises constantly.
Smell
At the first moment a scent of freshly picked cherries and exotic fruits, finally complemented by nuances of rose and pomegranate.
Tasting
Ruinart’s creations consistently impress with a special taste experience and special originality, even though each has its own unique aromas. The dry Ruinart Rosé convinces with intense fruity notes, which are both smooth and fresh on the palate.
Magnum bottle ?
You are still considering which bottle size is right for you? A high-quality champagne is always better in a larger bottle, because the thicker glass walls protect its contents much better against the effects of light and temperature. The lower air content in the bottle prevents the wine from maturing prematurely through oxidation. Therefore, a small bottle is only recommended in those cases where you want to test a champagne first.
Serving
Serve the Ruinart Brut Rosé Magnum at a temperature of 5 to 7 degrees and store it in a cool and dark place before. It is then very versatile: it can accompany you during your meal from the aperitif to the dessert. In the Magnum bottle, the champagne is also an exclusive accompaniment at noble parties.
