You are expected to relish this rosé champagne on ice: Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé. It’s the successor to the original Veuve Clicquot Rich, which had already proven popular among champagne lovers. Both bubblies follow the modern concept of enjoying champagne on ice – but only if it is accordingly sweet. Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé comes with a dosage of 60 grams of sugar per litre and thus belongs to the “doux” category. Its beautifully soft rose colour comes from 12% red wine. Its assemblage (45% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay) is identical to that of Veuve Clicquot Rich.
Its unbelievably fruity and exotic notes practically call for exciting garnishes. We recommend you filling a huge, bulbous glass first with some ice cubes and then Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé. Then you add for example ginger, pineapple, lime or even Earl Grey tea. A downright innovation!
